Cortney Peterson is proud to be a third generation Crossvillian and has spent most of her life here. Although she has lived in Chattanooga, Atlanta and Murfreesboro she made her way back to Crossville as fast as she could 14 years ago. She cannot imagine calling anywhere else, other than the Cumberland Plateau, home. Prior to joining Exit Rocky Top Realty, Cortney owned Crossville’s largest seasonal children’s consignment sale and formally owned a children’s hairbow business. She has also homeschooled her daughter and son since 2011. Having that entrepreneurial and teaching background has provided her with the organization and multitasking skills needed to make your real estate experience go smoothly. Whether buying or selling, Cortney has the patience to get exactly what you need and longs to make this a personal and enjoyable experience. Cortney and her family are very active in their local church. She loves singing in the praise team and choir, and chaperoning within their youth group. When not working you will catch Cortney, her husband, and two teenagers being outdoors, camping, fishing, boating on the lake, or on a spontaneous road trip.
